A Hub for Runners, Riders, and Real Connection

We started Free Lap Collective not just because we love riding bikes or running trails (though we really, really do), but because we believe those things are better when shared. There’s something special about heading out for a run with strangers who become friends by mile three, or watching someone do their first group ride with nerves at the start and a giant grin at the end. That’s why we’re here—for the people, the stories, and the shared love of the outdoors.

We don’t care how fast you are, how far you’ve gone, or if you just picked up your first pair of trail shoes last week. What matters to us is that you showed up. We’ve all been beginners. We’ve all had moments of doubt, and we’ve all had days where a run or ride made everything else feel a little bit better. That’s what connects us.

Free Lap Collective has become something more than we ever expected. Yes, we carry some nice gear, the kind we use ourselves, but the gear is just a bridge. What we’re really doing is building something human. We host community events not to fill a calendar, but to make space for people to come together, swap stories, learn from each other, and feel like they’re part of something bigger. Whether it's a group ride, a trail run, or just hanging out on a Thursday evening talking about our next adventure, those moments are what make this place feel alive.

We’re excited to be part of Reno’s growing outdoor scene. If you ever need a trail recommendation, a gear tune-up, or just someone to talk about your latest ride or that race you’re thinking about signing up for (but haven’t quite pulled the trigger on), we’re here.

So come by. Grab a drink, let us show you around, and we'll introduce you to the crew. No pressure, no expectations—just a warm welcome and an open invite to join us in the shop or at one of our events.
